Bio: Max has experience counseling tech companies on legal matters regarding business formation, securities compliance, contract agreements, and data protection, focusing specifically on the field of blockchain and cryptocurrency law. He also has experience representing clients in securities fraud and personal injury cases. Outside of his legal practice he consults with blockchain companies on platform technology and community marketing, and writes extensively on politics, economics, and technology in the blockchain and crypto industry.
Max graduated cum laude with a J.D. from Gonzaga University School of Law in 2017. During his time at law school, he served as the Senior Articles Editor for the Gonzaga Journal of International Law, participated in an international human rights study program in Florence, Italy, and represented numerous clients pro bono from the Kalispel Tribe of Indians. Max graduated from University of Arizona with B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Economics.He is currently licensed to practice law in the State of California.
